Design Team Leadership & Project Management
Collaborated with the Creative Director and Design Manager to build and manage a team of local designers across three categories. Successfully implemented improvement projects that enhanced team output by managing critical paths and deadlines, developing existing talent, and optimizing team structure for maximum effectiveness. Responsible for setting targets, fostering designer development, and leading daily/weekly meetings focused on bestsellers. Cultivated a cohesive working environment through effective leadership and team-building initiatives.
